At Party-Mates, we recognize the fact that when you have a special occasion or special event, you want to enjoy your guests. You don't want to be worried about preparing your food, making sure appetizers are served, replenishing plates or making sure your guests have drinks.

Our founder and president - Jo-Ann Vacko - loves to entertain but dislikes spending time in the kitchen away from her guests! (She also hates the clean-up involved after giving a party).

In 1984, Jo-Ann started Party-Mates to help other Chicagoans who also love to entertain but hate being away from their guests.
